Took a peek

I cannot fathom (sounding like my mama starting a sentence like this!) what the tenants did here for over 7 hours yesterday. The two out buildings are empty of their belongings. The propane levels are exactly where they were a year ago. The house is much emptier, but in no way is it clean, and if they don’t arrive soon and get busy, they’re going to lose at least half of their deposit. Yes, I’ve already done that math… I have a document that’s part of the lease which spells out how much is lost for items left uncleaned. It’s up to $855 so far, and I charge $50 an hour to clean things not on the list, like heat pump filters… I have pictures showing what the house looked like before they moved in, and that’s what I expect when they leave. They either live like pigs, don’t know how to work, or this is the last mindf*ck their trying to toss at me. 🙄 My guess, now, is the later.
