It’s Here

We didn’t’ break 19º today. The morning started south of 15º. The up side is that the day was sunny and clear. The down side, temps in the teens aside 😂, is it was difficult to stay warm. The heat pump struggled, prompting my DH to put a little electric heater under his desk, and while the furnace did what we told it to, those cold temps kinda muscle in through the walls and windows. The wood stove is what’s finally made the house feel comfortable. Tomorrow is suppose to start off just as cold.

The Island property is even colder. It was 10º this morning. Our AN checked in on the house this morning. All is well. Drips are dripping, the house was 50º, and the pump room was dry and warm. I am thankful for the good news and our AN 🙏.

I didn’t get the mail today 😏. Too treacherous. The news will wait until Sunday.
