August 2024 Island Trip – Day 5

The rain made sure no further work was competed on the house today, so I slept in, made a fast run to town, and had fun constructing five quilt blocks. We had an early (for us) dinner with friends in town, and are now back to a chatty cat who thinks he should have a second dinner 😏🐈‍⬛.

The husband of the couple we had dinner with this evening works for our power coop and gave me the intel about our transformer providing power for our AN. It can be done! It won’t be cheap, but that’s not my worry. I’ll write my AN a note and let him know what I learned.

Time for some backgammon.
