In talking with my AN about an easement he needs in order to have the power company take power from my transformer to his well (so I don’t have to provide power for the well anymore) he let me know his latest MRI was not what they’d hoped. He’s not going to pursue further treatment. A month of radiation and chemo was enough for him. I said quality of life was something worth spending time on. I also told him I’d learned so much from him and I wasn’t sure if I was ready to graduate. He thanked me for the words.

They have the place essentially in escrow. He’s going to have a local attorney tune up the easement doc we came up with and get it to me.
