On the Market

We put my MIL’s house on the rental market last night and had six showings today. Three parties are very interested, and a fourth would be a great fit. There were too many stairs for the sixth person. There’s a seventh party that would like to see the house next weekend. If it’s still available at that point, I’ll let them know. Overall, a successful mission. Now I have follow-ups to take care of.
