Herding Cats

Without going into all the details, because it’s probably unethical, and maybe illegal, let’s just say sifting the folks who claimed interest was, well, interesting. And exasperating. The couple I was concerned were struggling with the tech aspect of the rental website have come through! Enough that after a good convo this evening, I’ve sent them the ‘invite’ to apply through the credit agency website I use to vet possible tenants. They are sweet and kind and have an adult child living near by. My pulse, always happy to bounce up over 100 BPM when I’m stressed, has been at a nice 75 since talking to them this evening. Not that it’s a done deal… But knowing that it can happen… 😏
