Second Walk-Through

Tomorrow the enthusiast couple I mentioned is doing another walk-through. We had additional couple come through on Tuesday who were similarly excited, but I haven’t heard from them since Wednesday. In this rental market (this location for this price) that tells me they’re having second thoughts. S’ok. I’ll bring all necessary documents in case couple #1 is ready to sign a lease.

Given that no signature or money exchange has taken place, we also have another five showings tomorrow after this couple’s walk-though (Giving them and hour and 45). Should they decide to take the plunge, I’ll have a lot of appointments to cancel in a hurry. Again, S’ok.

I am hoping this couple decides that this house, close to other family, is the perfect place for them to settle. This project has been a literal labor of love, and I am kinda done… 🙃
