Wool Moth Treatment

We have turned our house inside out, exposing all baseboards possible, vacuumed, dusted (and dusted, and dusted), and now wait for the pest person to come and do the first of two anti-wool moth treatments. Once underway, we have to be out of the house for two hours. Not too bad an eviction. In a month we do it all over again. I’m staying here to work on the garage and get the last of some bedding plants planted. My DH was talking about working from the upstairs deck. It’s not quite 50º right now, so this plan is all dependent upon what time the pest person arrives. The later the better… At least it’s a clear day!

The upside of all of this is we’ve both edited our clothing quite a lot. The clothes closets have to be empty. There are a couple more items I’m going to stuff into my car this morning. The biggest benefit is that this required the cleaning and sorting of the large stack of items in our studio that’s been needing attention for a long time. It’s all taken care of.

Being a visually orderly person, having everything out of place in the house makes me nuts, but it’s temporary.
