Driving Hazards – Round Two

Mom hit a parked unoccupied (thank God) vehicle while parking her car the day after she got her driver’s license back. The claim was turned in by the insurance company of the car she hit, so there is slim detail on exactly what happened, much less how the owner of the car  knew it was mom’s fault. That is left to conjecture for the moment:

     1) Mom left a note.

     2) The owner of the vehicle saw mom hit their car.

     3) Someone else saw mom hit the vehicle and ‘turned her in.’

I’m voting for option 2 but am open to any and all suggestions.
