Accident # 2…

Mom ran the rental car down a steep embankment at about 4pm heading home from town. She told the staff at the ER she fell asleep. Tim and Cindy told me she fell asleep 5 or 6 times this afternoon at coffee. An ER doctor, who happened to witness the accident, said mom appreared to be recovering from a seizure, or being unconscious, not a nap, when he got to her. The ER, just now, assures me mom a) will not be discharged before I arrive, b) is not able to be on her own as long as she’s spontaneously falling asleep, and c) cannot drive.
