Nice Try!

Yesterday mom went into my daughter’s office, sat down and said, “Well, I guess I’m all cleared to go home.” My daughter replied, “That’s not what I heard. I hear your B-12 is being checked and eventually a visit to neurology.” Mom, without a trace of hostility, said, “Oh, the doctor talked to you?” My girl replied, “Yes, he did, Grandma.” Nice try mom… 🙃
