Painter

I just spoke with the recommended painter on the Island regarding the ceiling of mom’s house. His rates are reasonable, and, being a professional, his estimate of how much time he’ll need is far, far less than it would take me to accomplish the task. We talked details, including my concerns regarding any paint covering the greasy smoke stained ceiling (a primer above and beyond Kilz!), his recommendation to caulk between the walls and ceiling, and the casings for the three skylights, which are in dreadful, horrible condition. He knows what paint finish I want where (matte everywhere except the kitchen, semi-gloss in the kitchen, I’ve got the bathroom under control), where to find the existing paint so he can get it color matched and obtain more.

My shoulders have dropped another few notches. Namaste.🏝
