May 2018 Island Trip Day Six – Part One

The Amazing Neighbor stopped by with an additional tip for clearing the toilet. He had me place the garden hose as far into the bowl as it would go, and seal around the hose with towels. He then turned on the hose. Our initial try seemed to work. Water went down the loo, and did not rise in the bowl. Then I flushed. The problem remained. Our second and third attempts also failed. If the septic tank is full, there should be a wet spot in the field now. My next endeavor is to weed whack and try to locate the tank via soggy ground.
