Of course, more rot has been found. It’s still not nearly as bad as we’d feared. And the poor roofer put his foot through the sheetrock into the studio below where he’s working. No injury, thank goodness. It’ll get fixed. The best part of all this was when Brian exclaimed in his choppy English, “Man you bought house from had to do this job (while pointing at the roof)! No self-respecting roofer would do THIS!” All I could do was laugh.
