June/July 2021 Island Trip – Day 12

The dump was the happening place to be this morning. It took 45-minutes to get in and out. One single person checks people in, runs the scale, and takes payment. Another directs traffic when necessary and drives the heavy equipment.

I’m fairly sure I’ve figured out the structural stuff in the lower barn. Forensics take a little time to ponder over. My AN is going to come over after lunch tomorrow to see if I’m on the right track

After breaking lose the cabinet from the wall in the lower barn, I found myself editing items in the upper barn, both for preservation, and metal recycling. It was a classic case of controlling what you can…

I sewed for a couple of hours during the mid-day heat. The day was topped of with dinner with my neighbor to the east.
