New roof and two of three skylights that open.
Step in through the entrance door.
Completed tile job above mantle.

Built-in bookshelf between living room and master bedroom. Paint freshened it up more than I thought possible.

These pics give a general idea of the feel and space of the house. The roofer has one more ‘must do’ and I need to get a housekeeper in (after the roofer) and then re-lease the house.
