House Rental Update

There are still two interested parties in the house, that I’m engaged with. One of the priors dropped out. The wife didn’t care for the pass through from the master bedroom to the living room. I met with another couple at a local (mainland) coffee shop this week. They’re going to see the house tomorrow. I will base my decision purely on income/credit/background. However, I’m kinda hoping for the folks I met this week. Two verses five people on a well that holds 450 gallons, and in January of 1996, could replace its capacity at 95 gallons an hour, seems more sustainable. My prior tenants never had water/well supply problems (last winter’s freeze aside) problems. Five people have never tested the deep well, two of them being wee laundry producers.
